It has been speculated for a while that Fenerbahce footballer Tümer Metin signed a three-year contract with Ajax. Tümer Metin cleared those rumours by telling  www.fenerbahce.org that his contract has not come to an end and he is going to play for Fenerbahce in the upcoming season.
’Lots of people have called me to ask whether those rumours were true. I am on a vacation with my wife. I did not speak with Ajax. I am a Fenerbahce player and going to work for Fenerbahce in the upcoming season.’ stated Tümer Metin.
